Adventure
to Health
Having faced some tough challenges over the last few years, the
result was much depleted energy.
Ann started a health and wellbeing adventure which found her
exploring a radically different diet and the need to take very
good care of herself emotionally and spiritually as well as physically.
From being an omnivore she changed to being vegan and then
raw vegan. She lost weight, discovered renewed vitality, an
improved complexion and increasing joy.
Wanting to support other adventurers on their journey to wellbeing,
she decided to train with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
No two people are the same. So no one diet fits everyone.
And this is where it gets exciting.
For an only child - a one-off - Ann's health coaching offers
a completely personalised 'roadmap to wellbeing' that suits
the individual's unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
